How to read these records
An OSHA citation lists alleged violations and a proposed penalty. Employers have 15 working days to contest; many cases end in an informal settlement that lowers the penalty. Every record here shows the original and current penalty side by side, a status label, and a link to the official osha.gov inspection page. Read the methodology for how statuses are derived and what the data cannot tell you.
