Corrections and removal requests
We republish public OSHA enforcement records, and we want them to be accurate and fair. If a page here is wrong, out of date, or names an individual person, email us and we will review it.
Please include
- The page address on this site
- The OSHA inspection number, if you have it
- What is wrong, and a link or document supporting the correction (for example a settlement agreement or amended citation)
- Whether you are asking for a correction or for removal
What happens next
- We reply within two business days.
- Where our page differs from the current official record, we fix it. Pages are rebuilt weekly from the latest DOL data, so settlements and amendments recorded by OSHA appear automatically.
- Pages about individual people (rather than businesses) are removed on request.
- We can't change the official record itself. To correct OSHA's data, contact the OSHA area office or State Plan office that handled the inspection.
